375 Mount Pleasant Road. Area bordered by Bayview Avenue, Moore Avenue, Yonge Street and Merton Street. Mount Pleasant Road bisects in a north-south direction. Established 1876

Prospect Cemetery, Crematorium and Mausoleum, TRN-005
1450 St. Clair Avenue W. Area bordered by Eglinton Avenue West, McRoberts Avenue, St. Clair Avenue West and Harvie Avenue. Established 1890

St. James Cemetery and Crematorium, TRN-007
635 Parliament Street. At Bloor Street East and Parliament Street. Established 1841 (This cemetery is currently being transcribed but it will take approximately 10 years to complete.)

St. John's Norway Cemetery and Crematorium, TRN-009
Also known as St. John The Baptist Norway Cemetery and/or St. John's Cemetery, Berkeley. 256 Kingston Road at the corner with Woodbine Avenue. Established 1853. (This cemetery is currently being transcribed and should be available within 2 years.)
